MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Moscow is hoping that US President-elect Donald Trump will make good on his promises to improve relations with Russia and facilitate the resumption of fully-fledged bilateral dialogue, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday.
"We are hoping that that he [Trump] will realize all these [election] statements into reality," Peskov said in an interview with RT television.
"We hope for the dialogue," Peskov said stressing that Russia is seeking "to relaunch relations in different spheres, including the sensitive ones, to relaunch our trade and economic cooperation."
