MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Russian diplomat added that Russia and the United States continued discussing the Syrian crisis, including the issue of countering terrorism and the possibility of introducing a new humanitarian pause in Syria’s Aleppo.
"Western partners have to take into account our position, they are gradually realizing that the global fight against terrorism without Russia will fail both in the Middle East and in the world," Bogdanov said at the conference "Israel and Russia: common and specific in viewpoints" devoted to the 25th anniversary of Russian-Israeli relations.
Bogdanov noted that an international anti-terror coalition should be established within strong legal framework without being politicized. Creation of a global international coalition to fight terrorism remained one of the key priority for Russia, Bogdanov stressed.
