DUBAI (Sputnik) — Saudi Arabian King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has left for a tour across the Persian Gulf states, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, local media reported Saturday.
King Salman will hold talks with the leaders of these countries and discuss strengthening of the bilateral relations, as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The Saudi monarch is also expected to take part in the 37th summit of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) in Bahrain's capital of Manama on December 6-7, the news agency said.
