Threats toward anti-Russia cyberattacks made by the United States, including by Vice President Joe Biden, contradict agreements made within the Group of 7 (G7), Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Thursday.

    On situation in Syria

Russian Air Forces have not conducted airstrikes in eastern Aleppo since October 18, Zakharova told reporters.

"Western mass media are also saying nothing about the fact that in order to avoid victims, neither Russia's nor Syria's aircraft have made any strikes on the eastern part of Aleppo, where several thousand militants are blocked, since October 18," Zakharova said.

UNSC has blocked a statement condemning shelling of the Eastern Aleppo by terrorists. The statement was issued by Russia and blocked by the US.

    On situation in Mosul

The clearing operation in the outskirts of Mosul is underway. But the humanitarian situation has deteriorated. The terrorists continue to use civilians as a human shields. Mosul residents continue to leave the city.

The humanitarian situation in Mosul is more danger than in eastern Aleppo, but the West continues to ignore it, Maria Zakharova told reporters.

    Washington Cyber Threats to Russia

Threats toward anti-Russia cyberattacks made by the United States, including by Vice President Joe Biden, contradict agreements made within the Group of 7 (G7), Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

"He personally announced an unprecedented threat against Russia in the field of cybersecurity. I would like to draw attention to a very interested fact which for some reason is not known to Mr. Biden," Zakharova said at a weekly briefing.

In an October 15 interview, Biden said that the United Stated intended to respond to hacking attacks allegedly conducted by Russia and aimed at interfering with US elections.

"I would like to recall that the Group of 7 leaders approved a document with so-called principles and actions in cyberspace in May this year in Japan," Zakharova added.

    Russia-China SCO cooperation

The Russian-Chinese cooperation within SCO frameworks includes political and economic dialogue.

The important area of Russian-Chinese cooperation is establishing of Eurasian Economic Community and Silk Road.

One of the priorities of Russia-China cooperation is expanding of the SCO.

    On Trump's Victory

The election itself is of course important for the US. "As for improvement of the Russian-US relations it's too early to speak about it. The team is building now in Washington, so it will take some time. We heard statements from Washington before the elections," Zakharova told reporters.

"Moreover, it's not improvement, we should speak about breaking the deadlock in the bilateral relations. Russia is ready for dialogue," Zakharova added. "Our humanitarian projects have been stopped, as well our cultural cooperation. People are simply tired of agression and lies, they want to slough the old skin and want the new beginning."

Russian Air Force Group in Mediterranean

Countries which have blocked passing of the Russian ships are just victims of propaganda, media unhealthy environment. As for Malta, the country made the decision itself. The Maltese gov't believes that the Russian aviation wreaks the havoc in Syria, kills women and children.

Such statements are easy to make when the situation is not concerning directly.

The Russian Defense Ministry and the Russian Foreign Ministry regularly report on Russia's air group activity in Syria. "The Russian air forces are fighting terrorism in Syria," Zakharova reminded journalists.
