The share of advanced weapons in the Russian Armed Forces has grown to more than 48 percent, accounting for July-September deliveries, Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov said Friday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Russian troops are armed with modern, advanced systems and military equipment.

"The troops' level of weaponization with modern, advanced systems and military equipment rose by 2 percent after deliveries in the third quarter of 2016 and now stands at 48.1 percent," Borisov said on state acceptance of military production day.
