US Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton allowed foreign adversaries to conduct espionage because she kept a private email account and email server, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said at a campaign rally in the US state of Iowa.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – FBI Director James Comey, who investigated Clinton's private server and emails, said there was no evidence to support the allegations that Hillary Clinton's private email server was hacked.

"She enabled foreign espionage so that all of our enemies could very easily and quickly read her emails," Trump stated on Friday. "I think, who knows, but I think."

Trump added that Clinton put the lives of all Americans in danger when she deleted thousands of emails.
