MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Moscow welcomes recent calls by UK parliamentarians for more dialogue with Russia, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday.
"Of course, a will to communicate is satisfying and fully in line with Moscow's consistent stance that both international and bilateral problems can be solved only through dialogue," Peskov told reporters.
Earlier in the day, the UK parliament's Defense Committee called on the government to work toward increasing NATO's military transparency and engaging in more dialogue with Russia to reduce the risk of hostilities.
