Russia will lift the remaining restrictions impeding cooperation with Turkey in the near future, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets said Monday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Thursday lifting restrictions on Russians seeking to travel to Turkey, namely charter flight bans and a recommendation for Russian travel agencies to stop selling tour packages to Turkish resorts.

"The bans will be lifted in the near future and we will work," Golodets told RIA Novosti in response to a query on when the remaining legal changes would be made to resume cooperation with Turkey.
