According to Sanders, he is going to discuss, "what kind of administration she will have and whether or not she will stand up forcefully for working families."
While admitting that Hillary Clinton is unlikely to go as far as he would like her to go in terms of policy, he said:
"What I need to see is a commitment that there will be progressive taxation, that Wall Street and the large corporations who are making billions of dollars a year and billionaires start paying their fair share of taxes so we can address the crises facing inner cities and the fact that we have the highest rate of childhood poverty of any major country on Earth."
He also pointed out the importance of expanding health care, fighting climate change, and making public colleges tuition free, which he hopes Hillary Clinton as a Democratic nominee will pursue.
While Sanders refused to end his campaign until the very last moment, he said that he is going to do everything to prevent Donald Trump from winning, which he notably made his priority since the beginning of last week.
"It is incomprehensible to me that in year 2016… [Trump] is running his campaign based on bigotry," Sanders said during the interview. "I will do everything I can to make sure Donald Trump doesn't become president of the United States."
Still, Sanders did neither confirm nor deny whether he will officially end his campaign, by saying:
"After we have that kind of discussion and after we can determine whether or not we are going to have a strong and progressive platform, I will be able to make other decisions."
