The US Agency for International Development reported that the US made a decision to stop several aid programs for Syrian refugees.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The US authorities have decided to end several aid programs for Syrian refugees in Turkey after receiving reports of fraud, the USAID said in a press release.

"The US Agency for International Development has halted several humanitarian aid activities in Turkey based on information provided by USAID’s Office of Inspector General about fraud in humanitarian aid for Syrians," the release stated on Wednesday.
