The Syrian opposition Moscow-Cairo group will decide on Tuesday on its future actions as the opposition’s Riyadh-backed High Negotiations Committee (HNC) announced a break from the intra-Syria talks, the delegation’s head Jihad Makdissi told Sputnik.

GENEVA (Sputnik) – Earlier in the day, the HNC said it was postponing the talks over the lack of progress in the humanitarian situation and ceasefire breaches.

"We have a meeting tomorrow with Mr. [UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan] de Mistura and we shall see after the meeting what to do if there is any pause," Makdissi said.
