MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Syrian President Bashar Assad said in an interview with Czech television on Monday that he favors the idea of holding talks on Syrian settlement in Prague.
"It is too early to talk about hosting such talks but Czech Republic welcomes an idea to host them," the ministry's press office said.
The ministry underscored that it "strives primarily for a nonviolent solution of the Syrian crisis" and supports the peaceful coexistence of all the communities in Syria.
