EU heads will discuss tensions between Moscow and Ankara during a meeting with Turkish authorities in Brussels on Sunday.

BRUSSELS (Sputnik) – EU heads will discuss tensions between Moscow and Ankara, which escalated after Turkey downed a Russian jet over Syrian territory, during a meeting with Turkish authorities in Brussels on Sunday, President of the European Council Donald Tusk said Sunday.
