Kerry to Visit Belgium, Kosovo, Serbia, Greece Next Week - State Department

US Secretary of State John Kerry will visit the climate change conference in Paris and then travel to Belgium, Kosovo, Serbia, and Greece next week, the US State Department said in a press release on Tuesday.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — After Brussels, Kerry will go to Pristina, Kosovo on December 2 to discuss bilateral and regional issues and to Belgrade, Serbia on December 3 for the OSCE Ministerial Council. Kerry is also set to visit Nicosia, Cyprus to discuss bilateral relations and regional matters with Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot officials that same day.

"Secretary of State John Kerry will travel to Paris, France, on November 30 to join President Obama for the opening of COP-21 in Paris," release said. "He will then travel to Brussels, Belgium, on December 1 to take part in the December NATO Foreign Ministerial and associated meetings."

The US state secretary will finish his European trip in Athens, Greece where he will discuss the Syrian refugee crisis and progress on economic reforms with Greek officials.
