MANILA (Sputnik) — The spread of terrorism has become a global challenge and requires a well-coordinated joint response, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday.
"The terrorist attacks recently survived by Russia and France have affected the entire world. The spread of terrorism is a truly global challenge, and it requires a joint response. A coordinated, really united action," Medvedev said while speaking at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Manila.
