Putin, Erdogan Set to Hold Bilateral Meeting During Antalya G20 Summit
ANTALYA (Sputnik) Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish leader Tayyip Erdogan agreed to hold a bilateral conference on December 15 in Russia.

The two leaders met for about an hour behind closed doors in southern Turkey on the sidelines of the G20 Summit and were accompanied by the two countries’ foreign ministers.

During the meeting the two leaders discussed the Turkish Stream gas pipeline, agreeing to continue work on the project following the formation of a new government in Turkey. Russia's Gazprom head Alexey Miller was also present during the meeting.

The Group of Twenty (G20) is holding its November 15-16 summit in Antalya, Turkey. During the summit Russian President Vladimir Putin met with a number of his counterparts at the event, including the leaders of the United States, China, Italy and Germany.

G20 comprises the European Union and 19 states, including Russia, China, Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, India among others.
