MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Moscow has expressed “reserved optimism” over the recent progress in stabilizing the situation in Ukraine, Russia’s permanent envoy to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe said Friday.
“We would like to express our reserved optimism in regard to the noted progress in stabilizing the situation in Ukraine and the designated precursors to fulfilling the provisions of the Minks ‘Complex of Measures’ during the Contact Group’s last meeting on October 6,” Alexander Lukashevich said.
