MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The meeting's agenda will include cybersecurity and countering international terrorism, as well as developing cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region, among other points.
"On September 20-22, Japan's Foreign Minister Kishida will be in Russia on a working visit, during which he is set to meet for talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, as well participate as co-chair in the XI session of the Russian-Japanese Intergovernmental Committee on Trade and Economic Issues," the ministry said in a statement.
According to the statement, the potential of Russian-Japanese cooperation has not been fully realized yet.
