BERLIN (Sputnik) — Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov arrived in the German capital to take part in the meeting of foreign ministers from the so-called Normandy Quartet, namely Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany, to discuss situation in Ukraine, a source in the Russian delegation told RIA Novosti.
"Lavrov arrived in Berlin to participate in the Normandy format work," the source said Saturday.
According to him, the Russian foreign minister is also due to hold a meeting with his French counterpart, Laurent Fabius.
