VIENNA (Sputnik) — Final deal on the Iranian nuclear program will be announced at 8:30 GMT on Tuesday, a source close to the negotiations told Sputnik.

"Approval of the document will take place at 10:30 a.m. [local time, 08:30 GMT] at Vienna International Center " a source told Sputnik early Tuesday night.

A source in one of the western delegations told Sputnik that the final nuclear deal with Iran will not provide for immediate lifting of sanctions from Tehran.

"Therefore no immediate lifting," the source said after the decisive talks between P5+1 and Iran in Vienna.
