    Beijing hopes to finalize the talks on the Iran nuclear program underway in Vienna on Monday, July 13, the director-general of the Chinese Foreign Ministry's Department of Arms Control told Sputnik on Monday.

    VIENNA (Sputnik) — "That is certainly the hope," Wang Qun said when asked whether talks in Vienna could end tonight, adding that China aims to finalize the outstanding issues on Monday.

    He also noted that the agenda of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi will depend on the results of today talks.

    "That is subject to the result of the negotiations," he said when asked whether Wang would stay in Vienna or leave Monday.
