The talks on the Iranian nuclear program that has lasted for over two weeks in Vienna cannot go beyond Monday regardless of the circumstance, a senior source in one of the western delegations told Sputnik on Monday.

VIENNA (Sputnik) — "No way," the source said commenting on the statements of Iranian officials who said talks could go beyond Monday, July 13.

Earlier, Iranian Fars news agency quoted Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Zarif as saying that Iran could continue nuclear talks "as long as it is necessary."

At the same time, another source told Sputnik on Monday morning that the announcement of the deal between the group of P5+1 and Iran is not expected until late Monday.
