    The negotiators continued the Iran nuclear talks in Vienna.

    VIENNA (Sputnik) — Talks in the format of P5+1 foreign ministers that had finished after midnight have resumed in Palais Coburg, a source in the Russian delegation told Sputnik on Tuesday.

    The foreign ministers began arriving at 9:30 a.m. local time (07:30 GMT). Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Zarif has not yet joined the talks.
