Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier are holding a working dinner in the Austrian capital of Vienna, a source in the Russian delegation told Sputnik.

VIENNA (Sputnik), Daria Chernyshova, Anastasia Levchenko — Lavrov and Steinmeier are participating in the current round of the P5+1 — Russia, the United States, China, France, the United Kingdom and Germany — talks with Iran on the deal ensuring the peaceful nature of Tehran's nuclear program.

"The ministers are holding a working dinner. During the conversation they will touch upon current international issues," the source said.

Lavrov: Iran Nuclear Deal Within Reach, Moves in Right Direction
Earlier in the day, Lavrov said that the negotiations on Iran's controversial nuclear program were moving in the right direction and a final nuclear deal may be reached in the upcoming days.

The negotiators had initially set the deadline for reaching a final agreement on Iran's controversial nuclear program for Tuesday, but the date was shifted for seven more days, according to media reports.
