MOSCOW (Sputnik) — SCO foreign ministers met in Moscow on Wednesday to discuss terrorism threats in the Middle East, including the situation in Syria, Yemen, Iraq and Libya.
Following the meeting, Sergei Lavrov told reporters:
"In all these cases, we share a common view that it is necessary to ensure solely peaceful political-diplomatic solutions. We share the same approach in relation to any other crisis, including the conflict in Ukraine, where an all-inclusive national dialogue should be established between Kiev, Donetsk and Lugansk."
