MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Moscow expects Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in the Russian city of Ufa in July, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov said Tuesday.
“We very much count on all member states, of course, and observers, one of which is Iran, to be represented by heads of state, they have been invited," Morgulov told RIA Novosti.
