A second round of Syrian opposition negotiations in Kazakhstan’s capital Astana will only be possible after the signing of a final document supported by all sides, independent activist representing rights of Kurdish ethnic minority Sarbast Nabi said Tuesday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The first round of Syrian opposition talks began in Astana on Monday.

“Our plan is that if we have a document supported by other countries, such as Russia, we can work to develop these principles at a second meeting," Nabi told RIA Novosti.
