    US Special Representative for North Korea Policy Sung Kim will meet with his Russian counterpart, Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov.

    WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — US Special Representative for North Korea Policy Sung Kim will visit Moscow on April 1 for official meetings with Russian authorities, the Department of State announced in a release on Tuesday.

    “Ambassador Kim will be in Moscow on April 1 for meetings with senior Russian officials, including his counterpart, Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov,” the statement read, adding that the US diplomat will return to Washington on April 2.

    According to the department, North Korea policy will be the topic of the discussions. Kim will be accompanied by Special Envoy for Six-Party Talks Sydney Seiler.
