KIEV (Sputnik) – The leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany will discuss the issues of sending humanitarian aid to east Ukraine's Donbas region, as well as energy problems, Tuesday's statement on Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's website said.

"Among other issues, the speakers discussed the issue of delivering Ukrainian and international humanitarian aid to Donbas and energy questions," the statement said.

Since August 2014, Russia has sent 16 humanitarian aid convoys to the Donetsk and Luhansk self-proclaimed republics, delivering 20,000 tons of food, water, clothes, medicines, power generators and building materials. The last convoy delivered aid on February 27.
