French Foreign Ministry political director for Iranian affairs Nicolas de Riviere commented on the ongoing talks on Iran's nuclear program between the P5+1 group and Iran, saying that they were 'constructive'.

GENEVA (Sputnik) — The French delegation considered the talks on Iran's nuclear program with the P5+1 group constructive, French Foreign Ministry political director for Iranian affairs Nicolas de Riviere said Sunday.

"It was constructive, we will know results later," de Riviere said leaving the EU mission building.

Earlier, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said the talks were "fruitful," adding that it was too early to claim progress.
