KIEV, November 17 (Sputnik) – Kiev sees no need to meet and sign a new document on the Ukrainian crisis until the Minsk protocol and memorandum for settling the situation in the country’s east are fulfilled, Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council spokesman Andriy Lysenko said Monday.
“The protocol that was signed in Minsk on September 5 and the memorandum that was signed on September 19 are the foundation for settling the conflict in Donbas and [if they] are not fulfilled, then there’s no sense in the need to meet and sign a new document,” Lysenko said during a briefing.
