NEW DELHI, November 15 (Sputnik) — Indian Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju reacted sharply on Saturday on the Border Security Force’s (BSF) Intelligence report stating that China is training Pakistani Army in weapon handling technique along the Indo-Pakistani border.

This activity of China, supporting Pakistan in the areas of Jammu and Kashmir, occupied by Pakistan, is unacceptable," Rijiju told reporters on Saturday. «India will protest against such activities of China," he added.
Indian experts believe that the increasing cooperation between China and Pakistan will have long-term implications. It is becoming a grave security threat to India.

The BSF Intelligence report on Chinese activities needs to be studied carefully. It is a sensitive matter. It will have both political and diplomatic dimensions," said Chitrapu Uday Bhaskar, one of India’s leading experts on security.
Srikanth Kondapalli, Professor of Center for East Asian Studies in New Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru University noted that the Chinese army had also trained the Pakistan troops during the Kargil War — an armed conflict between India and Pakistan which took place in the Kargil district of Kashmir in 1999.

Chinese army is training Pakistani army for long. Not only Pakistani army, the Chinese are also training the armies of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Nepal," said Kondapalli.

Indian Border Security Force's intelligence wing submitted a report to Home Ministry and National Security Adviser on Friday, stating that the Chinese Army is training Pakistani military personnel near the troubled Rajouri sector of the international border between India and Pakistan.

Since the partition of British India and the creation of modern states of India and Pakistan in 1947, the two countries had been involved in four wars and a number of border skirmishes, mainly due to the territorial dispute over control of the Kashmir region.
