Russia’s envoy to EU Vladimir Chizhov stated that the council of EU foreign ministers not likely to make a decision on new sanctions against Russia during its next meeting.

BRUSSELS, November 11 (RIA Novosti) – The council of European Union foreign ministers is unlikely to make a decision on new sanctions against Russia over the crisis in Ukraine during its meeting next Monday, Russia’s envoy to EU Vladimir Chizhov said Tuesday.

“I expect no decisions… In my opinion, there will be a discussion, but I expect no practical steps in this or that direction,” the diplomat told RIA Novosti.
