A heavy cyclone over Ireland has brought a warm weather to the European part of Russia, including Moscow. Wednesday, in the morning it started to snow.

A heavy cyclone over Ireland has brought a warm weather to the European part of Russia, including Moscow. Wednesday morning it started to snow. The snowfall in Moscow reached its heights at night on Thursday. The snow cover started melting day-time and it is expected to be five to seven centimeters, which is below the norm. "Thursday the temperature is a little bit below zero, so it could be slippery in the streets," a weather service reported.
