Hundreds of artists from more than 30 countries have taken part in the exhibitions, called Dialogues, since 1993.
The exhibition features dialogue between traditional and new art genres, national schools and artistic trends. It comprises personal expositions and expositions of art groups and countries.
More than 100 artists from Russia, the United States, Great Britain, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Israel, China, Portugal, Iraq and Tajikistan are expected to participate. They will present paintings, graphic works, sculptures, installations, photographs, video art and performances. Most of the works have already been shown at other international art festivals.
Photography will highlight the exhibition.
A festival of leading Moscow and St. Petersburg galleries will be held in conjunction with the exhibition.
