KIEV, December 28 (RIA Novosti) - Opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko won 51.99% of the vote, with 100% of ballots counted, the Ukrainian Central Election Commission said.
According to the CEC, 15,115,452 people voted for Mr. Yushchenko.
His rival Viktor Yanukovich won 44.19% of the vote (12,848,087 people).
2.34% of people voted against all, the Central Election Commission reported.
