MOSCOW, September 5 (RIA Novosti) - The Tenth Moscow Pegasus film festival is closing on September 5 in Khanzhonkov House.

The Moscow Pegasus is Russia and the world's only festival where only films devoted to Moscow are presented.

Over 15 films were presented under the program of feature films "Moscow ... How many things have merged in this sound!" The films of the students of Higher Playwrights' and Film Directors' Courses were also shown under this program.

Over 40 entries were made for competition under the program of documentaries and popular-science films "My Moscow."

Some films were also shown outside the competition program. The traditional program "Moscow Saga" was formed of retrospective shows "Films About Moscow by Sergei Solovyov and Alexander Borodyansky," (for the masters' 60th birthday), " Films with the Participation of Vasily Lanovoi" (for the actor's 70th birthday), " Moscow Through Vadim Yusov's Eyes" (for the cameraman's 75th birthday) and "Moscow in the Films of the A. A. Khanzhonkov Studio".

During the ceremony of closing the film festival, there will be the first night show of Sergei Tkachov's film "Masha". The winners of the competition program will receive diplomas and the prizes Gold Pegasus, Silver Pegasus and Bronze Pegasus. The Moscow Pegasus film festival has been annually held since 1995.
