ROADSIDE BOMB KILLS ONE OF CHECHEN PRESIDENT'S BODUGUARDS, INJURES TWO OTHERS

GROZNY, May 3 (RIA Novosti) - An explosion caused by a roadside bomb in the Chechen capital, Grozny, has killed one of President Ahmad Kadyrov's security men and injured two others, Chechnya's Interior Ministry told RIA Novosti Monday.

According to the ministry, the roadside bomb went off last night on a highway in the Oktyabrsky District of Grozny just as Kadyrov's bodyguards were passing by in a car.

Ministry spokespeople would not reveal the names of the victims, saying only that those injured were now in hospital.
