American trade representative Dorothy Dvoskin will represent the American side at the talks.
Also, similar talks will be held on Wednesday with the Norwegian side.

Not long ago a regular round of Russia-WTO talks was held in Moscow between Russia and the EU. The sides have managed largely to reduce the list of differences.
Still unsettled between Russia and the European Union are the import duties on some commodities, such as automobiles, aircraft and farming products, as well as terms of access to the Russian market for foreign insurance companies and banks.
A case apart is the EU demand to level out the internal and external prices on gas, disputable questions in the sphere of energy.
