GROZHY, April 14 (RIA Novosti) - Zagra Muchuyeva, 51, who was on a wanted list, was detained in the Gudermes district in the east of Chechnya. She is suspected of preparing a number of crimes, RIA Novosti was told on Wednesday by the official spokesman for the Regional Operative Headquarters of anti-terrorist operations control in the North Caucasus.
According to him, Muchuyeva is charged with an attempt of committing crimes envisaged by Articles 105 (murder), and 222 (illegal acquiring, possession and keeping weapons, ammunition and explosive substances) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The law enforcement bodies do not rule it out that Muchuyeva also took part in preparing terrorist acts which involved suicide-bombers.
She is kept in the pre-trial detention center of the district interior department, and investigative actions related to the detained are being carried out, the spokesman said.
