MOSCOW, April 14 (RIA Novosti) -- President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov have held a working meeting. According to presidential press secretary Alexei Gromov, the premier informed the president about the results if his visit to the Federation Council (Upper House) and his conversation with Council members.
Putin and Fradkov also discussed preparations for the next cabinet session that would address ways to make budgetary spending more effective and to improve the budgetary process. The premier reported about preparations for the conference of the heads of the CIS heads of government in Kyrgyzstan at the end of this week.
