On the same day, the funerals of 23 miners who died at the Taizhina coal mine were held in the region.
Regional governor Aman Tuleev visited the coalminers' families and expressed condolences to the relatives and friends.
The state commission led by Sergei Oganesian, head of the Federal Energy Agency, and the headquarters led by the Kuzbass governor are working in the mine. They are also meeting with the families, a size of aid is being fixed.
Sergei Oganesian said on Tuesday that electricity has been fed into the mine to switch on conveyers and clear the rock bursts. Over 30 people who may know what has caused the tragedy have been examined.
A methane explosion is seen as the most probable version. Oganesian said that "the commission will work as long as necessary to draw conclusions, after which the fate of the mine will be decided".
Forty one of the 46 bodies have been identified. Search for the last missing coalminer is on.
