MOSCOW, April 13 (RIA Novosti) - Russia has wound up the talks on joining the World Trade Organization with Lithuania, Latvia, the Czech Republic and Hungary, Maxim Medvedkov, deputy minister of economic development and trade of Russia, told reporters on Tuesday.

"This week the protocols on the completion of the talks will be signed," Medvedkov said. He specified that the protocols on tariffs will be signed with these four states, and with Hungary and, probably, the Czech Republic - the protocols on their access to the Russian services market.

These protocols are to be signed before May 1, because after their joining the European Union these countries are losing their competence for conducting bilateral negotiations.
