KIEV, April 13 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov who arrived in the capital of Ukraine on a working visit will hold talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Konstantin Grishchenko.

Lavrov will also meet with president Leonid Kuchma of Ukraine.

As the Russian Minister said on the eve of the visit, border cooperation between the two countries will dominate the talks in Kiev.

Besides that, as Lavrov noted, the question of delimiting the Azov-Kerch water area will be discussed. "We have a stake in settling this issue, and think that this can be done," the Foreign Minister said.

Deputy Minister Vladimir Chizhov said that the problems relating to the enlargement of the European Union would also be considered at the meeting with Grishchenko. "An overwhelming majority of concerns emerging both in Russia and Ukraine in connection with the European Union's enlargement coincide," Chizhov noted. Moscow and Kiev intend to coordinate their actions in this field.

The sides will talk of the memorandum, signed by the president of Ukraine, on NATO's technical and information assistance which creates a possibility of rapid movement of the NATO troops and armaments on the territory of Ukraine.

On Tuesday night Lavrov will leave Kiev by air for the capital of Ireland, Dublin, to meet with the European Union Troika.
