MOSCOW, APRIL 6, (RIA Novosti) - Russia has three reform priorities for now-housing, health services, and education, says Igor Shuvalov, President Vladimir Putin's aide.

"Last summer, the President called the nation to unite in implementing vital projects. They concern housing, health and schooling-the three fields that determine social progress," he said to a roundtable at the Higher School of Economics.

"Fiscal, administrative and other reforms will come as part and parcel of reforming the state as a whole," while housing, health and education are the three pillars of Russian reforms, and will be treated as top national priorities, the presidential assistant went on.

"We hope the President will speak up on the matter quite soon to make his stances clear," he added.
