MOSCOW, APRIL 6 (RIA NOVOSTI) - Alexander Sokolov, Russian Minister for Culture and Mass Communications, is set to fight the ads domination in television.
"I hate ads appearing amidst a feature film," Alexander Sokolov told the RIA Novosti news conference.
"I think this problem can be settled through state protective measures," he noted.
He specified that this can mean a system of privileges and grants.
