The 15th Moscow International Model UN is a role game for high school and university students of Russia, CIS and other countries. Its participants are given a chance to discuss vital issues of international and domestic life in the context of the UN forums. They can discuss them with prominent Russian and foreign politicians and scientists.
The Model conference imitates the work of the UN General Assembly, Security Council, the economic and social council, the world court, and the human rights commission. Proof of the growing interest for the conference is the growing number of its participants: 735 from 100 higher schools this year. It is the first time that the Moscow International Model UN is attended by the UN Secretary General.
