MOSCOW, APRIL 2. /RIA NOVOSTI / -- The State Duma has passed in first reading a draft law on foreigners' participation in the authorised capital of Russian aviation organisations.
It allows foreign nationals to be members of the managerial bodies of an aviation company, organisation established with the participation of foreign capital, said the author of the bill Duma deputy Nikolai Gonchar.
The draft law stipulates also an increase from 25 to 49 percent the maximal size of foreign capital for such organisations, he said.
Foreigners have to realise in Russia their investment projects in the field of development, manufacture, testing, repair and utilisation of aviation hard-wear with the attraction of foreign investments, Gonchar stressed.
