MOSCOW, APRIL 1. (RIA NOVOSTI). -- The authorities of Moscow call for making no hasty conclusions on the causes of the Transvaal-park tragedy.

"It is the official position of the mayor of Moscow: do not make hasty conclusions before the commission ends its work" (the fact-finding commission is looking into the causes of the water park roof collapse on February 14, 2004), the mayor's press secretary Sergei Tsoi has said.

It was his comment on the declaration of Transvaal-park main designer Nodar Kancheli, saying that Yuri Luzhkov does not rule out "a dynamic effect from without" on one of the support columns as the reason of the roof collapse.

On Wednesday Kancheli also said that a terrorist attack was the cause.

The media may publish whatever declarations of Kancheli but the mayor "certainly will not draw own conclusions before the end of work of the commission", Tsoi said.

Alexander Kuzmin, chief architect of Moscow, told journalists on Wednesday that the fact-finding commission will wind up work on April 6. He also stressed that making whatever conclusions is premature.

As a result of the collapse of the roof of the Transvaal-park on February 14, 2004, 28 people have died and over 100 got wounds.
