INDONESIAN SHIP TO ARRIVE IN VLADIVOSTOK ON GOODWILL VISIT

JAKARTA, April 1 - RIA Novosti. The spokesman for the Staff of Indonesia's Navy told RIA Novosti on Thursday that the sailing ship Deva Ruchi of the Indonesian Navy would pay a visit of goodwill to Russia.

He added that the 114-day voyage which is beginning on Friday and in which the ship will cover 12,167 sea miles would be held within the sea-faring and astronomical training of cadets.

On her way to Vladivostok - the main base of the Russian Pacific Fleet on the western coast of the Sea of Japan - the ship will also call at the ports of Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, Hong-Kong, Fuzhou, Shanghai, Nampo, Inchon, Tokyo and Manila.
